Although we are situated in the UK, Delite Hair Care ships to all countries (see the list at the bottom of the page). The prices listed on our website do not include shipping costs; they will be added when you check out. Processing times range from one to seven working days. For our UK clients, delivery time is dependent on the options you chose during checkout ranging from 2-5 business days, and it typically takes 10 to 21 working days for international orders. This does not include public holidays and weekends.  

ALL UK ORDERS ARE TRACKED BUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOT TRACKED. THEREFORE, WE WOULD ADVISE THAT YOU OPT FOR THE TRACKING OPTION FOR AN EXTRA COST AS WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PACKAGE.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, modifications won't have an impact on orders we've previously received. Payments can be made with a debit card, credit card, PayPal, or Clearpay. When you place an order, we'll send you an email to let you know it's been received. You will receive another email after your order has been shipped. If you haven't gotten an email from us after placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder as confirmation and shipping emails often get up there.  

Your tracking number and a link to track your things' whereabouts will be included in your dispatch email. For international orders, there can be custom fees to be paid; it is up to the client to cover these costs.
