Refund Policy


Cancellations

Once your order has been processed or shipped we can not amend or cancel it. it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct and full address.

Returns/Refund/Exchange

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, we do not accept refunds, exchanges, and returns.

Delite Haircare will not refund items that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address or failure to retrieve it at their local Post Office. However, it can be resent if they are returned to sender (buyer pays postage fee).

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order directly upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of your parcel arriving with photo evidence if the item is faulty, damaged or you received the wrong item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. However, you'll only be able to exchange it for a new one. Returns must be made within 14 days of recorded receipt.
